Saturday Training - February 7 - Our second Saturday of the year in High Park!
There were 22 Toronto Power Walkers training in Mt Pleasant Cemetery last Saturday! Turning left definitely added variety to our walk, as some found themselves on different paths. No matter, we did the distance.
If you haven't been out with the group on Saturdays for a while, please come out this weekend. WE MISS YOU!
High Park means hills and breakfast at the Grenadier Restaurant. The distances will range from 6K to 16K depending on what event if any you are training for and also what distance you have done so far. The distances below are our scheduled distances. Route to be determined.

For those training for the spring half marathons but have not done 12K this year , please adjust your distance accordingly.
