
Congratulations to all those who showed up last night for the first interval training session. You are on your way with your program! For the rest of us that didn't make it hopefully we all got our training done somehow.
Here's a reminder that we will be meeting every Tuesday at the Quail and Firkin Pub at 1055 Yonge St. at 6:30 to work on intervals. Hope to see as many of you as possible next week. I am sure if all goes well there maybe a pint in it with friends.
