It was a lovely morning, a bit cooler than we had expected but after a few kilometres we all warmed up. We had a terrific turnout – 20 of us walking at all speeds and distances from ‘once around the cemetery (6.6k) to once around plus up Bayview to Lawrence and back(16k).
I’m not a weather forecaster, but I think we’re through with the really cold weather and we’ll get perhaps one more big dumping of snow in time for March break then we’re heading for the those lovely spring walks!
