Spring is Race Season (BY SHIRLEY)

With Spring comes Race season.  Some are excited and others less so,  Am I prepared?  What more can I do?  Thankfully our community is here to catch us.  Send out a question and it is answered. Ask for a plan and it is provided.  Sunday some raced, while others cheered in person or virtually.  We are a warm and welcoming group to new and long time members.  Research says as we age we should have community to keep us engaged and active.  TPW is that community and walking outside is our activity.
