Shorter days, cooler weather and the calendar are telling us that summer is drawing to a close. I’m ready for Fall, how about you?
A few training notes:
- Tuesday will be our last hill workout before we head back to the Reservoir for intervals
- There may be a few walkers out on Thursday if you want to join them. On a Thursday in September we’ll walk by Phyllis’ house to graze on her raspberry bushes, as a reward for coming out on a Thursday night.
- On Saturday, the long walk for the half marathoners coincides with a medium distance for the marathoners….we’ll spend most of the morning together.
If you haven’t been out for a while, don’t worry, you don’t need to walk the long distances. Just come out, we’d love to hear what you’ve been up to.
